Warranty SuperiorShade Fabric10-Year Warranty: All of our fabrics carry 10-year limited warranties extended to their original owners. SuperiorShade warrants all of its fabrics against manufacturing defects such as the rotting, fading, cracking, and tearing.

If a SuperiorShade fabric becomes unusable due to a defect within 10 years from its date of original purchase, we will replace or repair the defective item on a pro-rata basis.

SuperiorShade Steel 5-Year Warranty:

All of our steel components carry 5-year limited structural warranties extended to their original owners. SuperiorShade warrants all of its steels against manufacturing defects such as the breakage and cracking.

If a SuperiorShade steel product becomes unusable due to a workmanship defect within 5 years from its date of original purchase, we will replace or repair the defective item free of charge.

*This warranty does not cover cosmetic items (i.e. scratches, dents, weathering) paint discolorations, and normal wear.

*This warranty does not cover any structure that has been subjected
to wind or snow loads in excess of manufactures recommendations without fabric removal.

Fabric must always be removed under these conditions.

SuperiorShade will deliver the repaired or replaced items to the customer free of charge, but will not be responsible for labor or the cost of labor to replace these items.

Please call 1-800-356-4727 in advance, for a return authorization and the correct shipping address. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt. Please ship the item(s) via insured, prepaid UPS or Parcel Post.
